i am whitening my teeth with gel that i think contains bleach and i think i swallowed a little… is that bad? what will happen?

Unless you do that regularly, there’s no need to worry. Your throat may feel a little irritated for a while, but that’s it.
If it is in small quantities then nothing really happens but try to avoid swallowing bleach.
