@EatWatYouKill You shouldn’t really brush hard at all when using this method. You will wind up destroying your enamel, making your teeth even more vulnerable. Brush lightly and the results will come.

i did this with baking soda straight i did it 10 time i have never seen my teeth this white and im a smoker and next week im going to the dentist to get them even more white, i brushed really hard lol my mouth started to bleed and when i rinsed my mouth with hot water it hurt i kept doing it because i like the feeling lol at least my teeth aren’t yellow
