Hi! I would definately recommend these to help with stains after brace removal at your age. It’s like toothpaste but a gel.

hi, i just got my braces off yesterday but im unhappy with the color of my teeth there not too bad but they can be better, but im only 14. Is it bad if i do it at my age? could something go wrong?

I bought mine from Walgreens Pharmacy, but CVS or any other pharmacies sell it. And it was on sale!!! I bought it with the mouthgard that was included., very comfortable. I’ve been using it for two weeks now and have seen great results. I’ve developed a little gum irritation but nothing too unbearable. Like Kandee said on her tututorial, put it in while you’re showering in the a.m and then again at night after brushing your teeth.

@gyizi i Juat got it yesterday i made the mistake of putting too much in my custom mouthguard- i have one from a dentist- it was all on my tongue and yuck everywhere- BUT i read a good idea- Apply it to the teeth with a q-tip THEN insert mouthguard – drrr. lolz

I have used the crest strips and it did make my teeth sensitive. 5 mins has not made my teeth sensitive but my gums got sensitive after a few weeks but I still use it. I will never go back to strips!!

i’ve used the crest strips and made my teeth extremely sensitive from the first aplication….does 5 minutes makes your teeth sensitive?

I did the same, ordered it today , im so excited 4 it to come :L
at first i thought it was so annoying that there is nothing like this in the uK, but now im glad because my teeth will stand out from other peoples as teeth in the uk arent so white!
