Although receiving this product in a timely manner, It took 3 days of using the product for all but 2 of the lights to stop working. So I did not get to see any results because my product was ‘broken’ before I could even reach a result revealing stage.

While I do give them credit for mailing the product in a timely manner, it arrived broken. I tried to return it, they advised me to contact the manufacturer. I mailed a letter as instructed and still have not heard a thing and still do not have my product. I wanted to use this before a special event, and could not! I order online quite often and this is the only time I have felt so disappointed. Please make sure you read the return policy! They also charge a re-stock fee, which is totally absurd! They even tried to bribe me with a $5.00 credit if I would give them a better rating! I told them that they represent the products they sell, and in this case they failed as a seller.
I would order elsewhere.
