Great value. I have sensitive teeth and used it about 1-3 hours per day for 9 days. This was enough to lighten 2/3 shades. I was happy with this. My gums became irritated if I used it for longer. The 3pk is not needed unless you want some stored for “touch ups”. Recommended.
