Hi, I would like to get my teeth whitened in London but a lot of these places seem like make – shift surgeries etc. I have asked my dentist and she said was that “your teeth are pretty white, you don’t want a fake american hollywood smile” . . . errr hello, my money my choice. So because of that, I would rather not go to my dentist because I am not sure she will give me the result I want. I just want to see a huge difference. I currently use “plus white” from the US and another toothpaste with hydrogen peroxide – my teeth are noticeably clearer after the toothpaste but need more white.
I have heard of ZOOM whitening, has anyone done this in the UK, if so where and what were the results?
If you have used something else – please advise.

Put a small dot of gel or a line of gel in the surface of the tray that would contact the front surface of your teeth. You can then insert the tray and wear it for 1/2 hour to 45 minutes. if you are looking for the best teeth whitening, check out this site

the last couple of months, i’ve been using crest vivid white strips with crest vivid whitening mouth wash and still, it didn’t get any whiter… and recently i’ve been using listerine dissolving strips with listerine whitening mouth wash, and still no improvements….. i also use colgate pro whitening toothpaste… the only problem i can think of is that my retainer is a little dirty, but still, shouldn’t my teeth improve a little? cuz i go days without using my retainers….

any tips for whiter teeth?

Question by ay yay: How are you supposed to brush your teeth with whitening tooth paste so it works?
When I brush my teeth I basically put the tooth paste on my brush, and brush all of my teeth, i brush the gums real good, the inside behind my teeth, and all around my mouth twice then I rinse.

Does rinsing make the tooth paste less effective to whiten teeth?? If the tooth paste is tooth whitening, is there an amount of time you should let it sit on your teeth without brushing at all???

crest white strips, cheap and effective. lazer whitening is the best but it costs about 500 bucks.
